The store is open daily from 10 AM to 2 PM and 3 PM to 7 PM, and an outdoor water vending machine takes coins and cash 24 hours a day outside those hours. What are your store hours?
Open daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, briefly closes for lunch, then reopens from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Is parking available at the store?
Yes — ample, convenient parking is available. We also have rolling carts to help you move bottles and 5-gallon jugs to your vehicle.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes! We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. A small fee applies to card transactions. Cash is always welcome.
Can I fill my own bottles and jugs at the store?
Absolutely. Bring any clean bottle or jug, from 20 oz up to a 5-gallon jug. Each faucet at our self-service water bar features a positive affirmation — "Peace," "Patience," "Loyalty" — because we believe the intention behind your water matters.
Do I need to bring my own bottle or jug?
You can bring your own or purchase eco-friendly reusable bottles in-store, ranging from 20 oz to 5-gallon sizes. Most regulars bring a 5-gallon jug and refill it every week or two.
Can I refill my water jugs when the store is closed?
Yes! Our outdoor water vending machine runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and takes coins and cash — so you're never without access to great water, whatever time you get here. Note that prepay plan balances can only be used at the indoor water bar, not at the outdoor machine.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes, fully wheelchair accessible with compliant doors. Staff assistance is always available.
Can I bring kids to the store?
Of course! We're a family-friendly space that welcomes children.
Do you have any discounts for first-time customers?
Every reusable bottle you purchase from us in-store comes with a complimentary first fill of our premium purified water.

Do you have an online store?
Not at the moment — online ordering is temporarily unavailable while we get our new store set up. Everything is available in person at 3077 Clairemont Dr, Ste 105, and we are always happy to help over the phone at (619) 275-2782.
Do you sell Reverse Osmosis water?
Yes, through our meticulous 9-stage purification process that produces ultra-purified RO water.
Do you sell distilled water?
No — we specialize in purified RO water and premium alkaline water instead.
Do you have hydrogen water?
We don't offer hydrogen water, but we do carry ultra-purified Reverse Osmosis water and premium alkaline water.
Do you sell Alkaline Water?
Yes! Our premium alkaline water is crafted through our meticulous 9-stage purification process.
How much does it cost to refill a 5-gallon jug?
A 5-gallon jug is $3.75 at our walk-up rate of 75¢ per gallon — no plan or membership needed. Prepay plans bring that down: at 60¢ per gallon on the 300-gallon plan, the same jug is $3.00. We charge by the gallon, so you only pay for what you take.
Do you deliver water?
No — we're a walk-in refill station, not a delivery service. You bring your bottle or jug to us at 3077 Clairemont Dr, Ste 105 and fill it at the indoor water bar, or at our outdoor vending machine any hour of the day or night. It's why our water costs a fraction of delivered bottled water.
